The Chelan apartments were built in 1930 and still retain much of the old world charm from its past. Enjoy a plethora of nearby restaurants and shops as well as the events and activities at the Seattle Center. There is a beautiful courtyard behind the building that tenants enjoy during summer months. This studio is situated on the Southeast interior corner which boasts a lovely view of the courtyard. It has a large walk-in closet as well a cozy eating nook off the kitchen which boasts great light in the morning. Enjoy the charm of this unique property as well as the convenience of its location. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $1000 deposit that is then applied to the refundable security deposit upon approval. The monthly utility fee for water/sewer/garbage is $75. Small dogs and cats are welcome.
