We reserve the right to terminate the lease at any point due to non-compliance with house rules or non-payments of on-time rents. For example, this is a non-smoking property, and if a guest is found to be smoking inside of the property, the lease will be immediately terminated with no refund. We also reserve the right to require periodic property inspections, and if needed, periodic cleanings at a cost of $150 to the guest. If the property or grounds are found to be excessively dirty or unkept, we reserve the right to terminate the lease. We also reserve the right to use the deposit to complete any repairs or excess cleaning that is required. We can provide ADT security monitoring for an additional cost. First month rent, last month rent, deposit, and pet deposits are all due upon lease signing. You also need to provide at least one form of government ID for every adult staying in the property.
