The kitchen is small and antique, the stove/oven is around 50 years old which is nice. The basement is unfinished and half the size of the upstairs. My sister lives there so if sold on the agreement it needs to list she can rent the house for 3 months at minimum after the closing date. I'm listing this for 200 amd will take offers for the next 30 days.
