The Location is fantastic, and on July 4th, you don't have to fight the traffic or look for seating space. Just plop the chair, and enjoy a fantastic view of the Seattle skyline. The neighborhood is great - with a single row of houses, on this very private street. The house itself is big with a nice lawn for barbeques. The entrance leads into a large dining/living room with hardwood floors, which then leads into a kitchen. There are two rooms on the main floor, another two large rooms in the basement where there is also a laundry room and a storage room. There is a large attic, which also has a room. This is a great neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Annual lease with deposit required; 1st and last Rent to be prepaid. Sorry Smoking is NOT allowed. Tenant pays for utilities. Parking is available off-street; This is a very private one way street - almost like a private cut de sac with a row of houses with a small park maintained by the city.
