Dogs are allowed on our beaches all year long. Dreaming of horse back riding on the beach? Yes, that is allowed, Kayaks, are a great way to experience the many waterways we enjoy here. Available Month to month lease beginning October 11-January 31. February is booked Rental includes all utilities, Electricity has a $150 limit (usually runs under $100) Client will need to pay for any amount over that limit. Dogs are allowed (must disclose breed) with a 25 lb. max with a non-refundable fee of $99 per dog with a 2 dog max. Refundable deposit equal to rental amount is required at signing and refundable upon inspection barring no damage.
