Room has a Queen bed, two nightstands with two drawers in them, and dresser with mirror. No overnight guests. No loud parties. Must provide own groceries and laundry products. Rent is due by the 10th if each month with 3 days grace period. Bathroom must be cleaned weekly. No dishes are to be left overnight in the sink. Absolutely no smoking in the house and no cigarettes butts dropped in the yard. No pets Rental are either 3 or 6months to 1 year leases available.
