The home is fully-furnished and includes two queen beds with white linens. Both bedrooms feature nightstands with lamps, a light & ceiling fan combination, closet, & luggage rack. The living room has a large, wall-mounted TV, coffee table set, genuine Arhaus leather sofa, and more! The property has security cameras facing the outside (front and back). Tampering with these cameras, unplugging them, or otherwise causing damage is prohibited. This is a non-smoking home & it is fitted with a smoke and excessive noise detector (the product is called Minut). Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the home and will result in eviction. Large gatherings or parties are not allowed; any additional guests must be pre-approved by the host. You are responsible for rolling out the garbage and recycling bins on a weekly basis for collection. The rental rate of this home includes a professional cleaning service once every 4-6 weeks. This is not optional but we will work around your schedule as needed. Tampering or modifying any part of the physical property or home is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to modifying or adding locks, installing additional items to any walls (e.g., hooks for paintings, drapery rods, etc.), or otherwise altering the structure in any way. Any broken items, appliance problems, plumbing, or electrical issues must be reported to the host within 24 hours.
