Our home is located in beautiful downtown Joshua Tree, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. 20 minute drive to 29 Palms military base 5 minute drive to Westgate Joshua Tree National Park. A short drive to all grocery stores, Home Depot and Walmart. We offer a furnished home, with a two-car garage and door opener, with washer and dryer, the backyard is nice with a patio and furniture. Landlord pays water and trash. We also have a Weber grill and a small fire pit in the backyard. Owner pays water and trash, pets must be approved by owner. The house is totally furnished tenants must keep their backyard clean at all times and not to be used as a storage facility or junk collecting. Rent is always paid on the first with 5-day grace period after that there will be a $100 late fee. No smoking allowed in the house, smoking is allowed outside only.
