Our house is the largest in the neighborhood at more than 2200 square feet. The heating/cooling system is less than 5 years old. The laminate floor in the extra large kitchen is less than a year old, as are the dishwasher and disposal. The built-in microwave is also a convection oven. The lawn includes a sprinkler system, front and back. The house is basically in a forested area, with 60-foot pines and other trees on the lot. Their is a sewing/reading room adjacent to the large second bedroom. The family room doubles as a third bedroom, with a sleeper sofa. A 200+ square foot "sun room" at the back of the house could be used as a recreation room with plenty of space for a pool table. The 10 x 24 foot deck on the back can accomodate a gazebo or outdoor hot tub. Neighborhood Description There are retired couples and families with children in the area. The house is near the end of a paved road, so there is very little traffic or noise.
