It has been the home of University students for 20 years. It's across the street from Jimmy Johns and only a 10 minute bike-ride from downtown. Renter pays all utilities (electricity, gas, and water/waste) based on usage. We do not allow pets without a non-refundable $500 deposit and all the housemates agreement. No smoking. Parking is renter-managed and in the back. Renters do all snow shoveling.
