Heat is on a boiler system. Nice lake breeze with the windows open. Electricity is the only utility you pay. Parking may be available. L and Metra stations are 2 blocks away! Close access to NU campus. I have really loved living here but I am moving closer to work to cut back on expenses. Questions are welcome
