Hi all! I'm looking for somebody to take over my lease for my 600 sqft studio ASAP! This is not a sublet. Some conditions are subject to change - All formal communications will happen through the landlord, I am just a tenant. Fun fact: The laundry room of this property is a famous historical crime scene where the murder of Charlotte Lamb was committed by the notorious date night serial killer Rodney Alcala in the 70s - Location: 617 Illinois Ct, El Segundo (super walkable!) 5 min walk from Ralph's, gym, 7 Eleven, In-N-Out, and more - Rent: $1975 (water, trash and parking space are included) - Sunny apartment, entrance faces the east so you get a nice sunrise and kitchen window faces the west so you can enjoy the sunsets - The deposit was $1975 when I moved in - The unit is on the 2nd floor - One car covered parking space is provided - Laundry on-site - Amazing pool and communal space included - Plenty of built-in storage - One year lease (no month to month) - Pets ok DM me if interested. June 1st move in is ideal, I'll be out of here before then. Thank you! 12 month lease, long-term
