There are coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance in literally all directions from our front door. (We rarely drive anywhere.) Bike and scooter rentals are available just around the corner. Easy access to 75/85 via Freedom Parkway and I-20 via Boulevard. We have 2 off street parking spaces and a covered storage with bike racks outside. There is an office nook in the great room. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet. The unit has a washer and dryer connection. There are two attic spaces with ample storage upstairs. Freshly painted interior. Yard maintenance is covered by HOA. Our condo will be available for a 10- or 12-month lease beginning November 1. However, we are open to a shorter term lease if need be. The condo will be unfurnished.
