The manager lives onsite! Month to month, it has new carpeting. This is a NO SMOKING BUILDING( Again, I don't rent to smokers of any substance, drugs or vaping); renter pays electric only . If caught smoking on the property after stating you do not smoke, you will be evicted. I will work with the 1st month's rent; full deposit is required before moving in. The electricity has to be turnd on in your name befor you move in. If you are a person who is loud and constantly yelling profanity so the entire building and neighbors can hear, having lots of traffic in and out of your unit at all hours of the day, and not keeping your unit clean, you do not qualify to be a tenant! I do regular inspections within the first few months to see if tenant is complying with the lease, only if first inspection shows uncleanliness . If you are a clean person, things are great and no regular inspections unless warranted.
