For the last year this home has been on Airbnb and VRBO and I've had five star reviews it is beautifully decorated in Arizona art and is fully furnished. It is 1 mile from the 202 and University 20 minutes to all the lakes. 10 minutes to shopping. I have decided to go long term instead of doing the short term rental. I do have no pets listed on this listing but I have been getting inquiries wanting to bring animals so just so you know this is a no pet listing Sorry. Owner lives next door to property.
