This is a 3-bedroom, one level home that has hard-wood floors throughout. The upgrades include a relatively new front door and bay window. The front and back yard is well kept, with plenty of room for kids to play in the backyard. The neighborhood is desirable and the neighbors are very friendly. There are elementary/middle and high schools very close to the residence. The lawn is maintained twice a month and overall ideal for a small family or couple. The home has been well kept and although there is no dishwasher, there is a washer and dryer available. There is also a refrigerator available, but appliances are optional. You can choose to supply your own appliances. Upgrades in the future will include a kitchen, and hallway bathroom remodel. Your rent is due on the first of each month. On the 6th day, you will incur a late fee of $50. The lease duration can start from a 6 month lease to 12 month lease. You are responsible for your utility fees, unless you would like to include them in your monthly payment. I estimate your water bill is $25-$30 monthly and your Dominion Energy bill can run anywhere from $200-$300 depending on your usage. I prefer small pets, preferably one pet minimum. Smoke detectors are required throughout the home, which will be supplied, but tenants are responsible for battery replacement. A fresh coat of paint will be supplied throughout the home before move in date, so please do not alter the color. There is carport parking available. WM is every Wednesday and there is a dump site a few minutes away. Please list all tenants before move in date, including children and name of pet/s. Usage of the yard for family gatherings and kids events are welcomed, but unfortunately, the area has a great many retirees and it is primarily a very quiet residential area. Please use your judgement when music volume should be turned down during late evening hours. Unfortunately, my home is a smoke-free residence. Please use outside areas for smoking. Renters are responsible for their pets. Please lease your pet outside of the home at all times. Please keep the fence closed at all times so that pets do not get out of the yard. Small Pet Policy is non-negotiable, unless it is a service pet.
