Installed brand new high-quality BOSCH Double Wall Ovens in 2020 that, uniquely open from left to right, not top to bottom. Installed brand new Induction Cooktop in 2019. Entire subdivision got brand new roads paved in 2019. House is on a quiet loop with very little traffic. Quiet neighborhood with good neighbors. Close to wonderful schools, both private and public. 12 minutes from downtown Lakeland.
