This is a big older house it has about one and 3/4 acres with large pecan trees. The house does need work a remodel was started on the bathrooms and not finished. This home has been in the family since I think 1921 and was left to me when my dad passed. This has with work could be an awesome house it has been before and the land is the selling point to me.
