What stands out most about living at this property are the neighbors. When a pet goes missing, everyone knows. If a racoon is in the neighborhood you'll find out. We don't worry about people speeding, mean animals, rude neighbors, honestly the WORST thing to ever happen here is the Neverending construction of Union. Walking distance to great food and a bus route, and our balcony has the most beautiful view of the sunset. The neighborhood is very safe and child friendly. It is extremely rare anyone speeds on our roads and the worst traffic accident on the road in years was a mailman accidentally hitting a mailbox. The new solar panels on the roof handle produce around 900 kwh in the summer, whereas the house uses about 400-500. You shouldn't have to worry about any electricity needs. Roughly 20% of the fence has been replaced due to a tree falling in December 2021. There is a sprinkler system for the back garden area but not in front.
