Parking to rear of building is shared with 1st floor commercial tenant (1st come 1st served). Tenant pays their own gas and electric, water is supplied by landlord. Also two rooms in lower level are also conditioned via this unit. Rent has been lowered to compensate for the shared utility and commercial gas meter. The commercial meter is approx $30 a month (during winter/ fall months when gas is turned back on) Similar rentals in the area rent for $825-$850. Therefore, we are reducing the rent $75-$100 to compensate for utilities. Pets are considered.
