A 1-bedroom flat is located within the Historic Luna Park District a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood on the west side of the city of Charleston, West Virginia AKA "The Cultural, Recreational, and Business Capital of the Appalachian Mountains". A place where you can relax and rest, take a leisurely stroll along the boulevard or bike the Kanawha River Trail (9.1 miles) that is one tenth of a mile away. Walk, bike, drive or Uber; Charleston's diverse activities within a few mile radius should be enough to sate any cultural appetite or needs. You can find restaurants, fast food, groceries, escape rooms, music of all genres, museums, on so on. Situated just 1 mile's walk to the civic center or to CAMC Women and Children's Hospital. Kroger's for groceries is a half mile walk. Transit bus stop is a block away and runs seven days a week. Yeager Airport is five miles or a 10-minute drive. If you plan to have a vehicle while in town there is free off-street parking just a few steps away from the entry of your home away from home. Here you have a kitchenette (no oven) (refrigerator with a filter water pitcher, microwave, sink, 2 top burner, Hot Pot, grill, etc.), full bathroom with tub, master bedroom with king size bed, a quite sitting nook and walk-in closet. Off the kitchenette you can make a devoted workspace using the counter separating the LR/DR area. Internet (Wi-Fi), the 42" TV has a few local channels or use the Amazon Firestick. Outside on the rear deck is a hot tub to chill in, an area to grill in and a small sitting area near the entry: perfect for that morning cup of coffee. Now, all of these rules doesn't mean staying at This'll Do is a stuffy or unpleasant experience. In fact, most inns are the exact opposite and are quite comfortable. They're just different from your average hotel. Please respect the neighbors and remember the noise curfew. Local ordinance for quite time is 11pm Please respect the check-in at 3PM and check-out time - 11am No smoking allowed. There are two areas outside smoking is allowed and receptacles are available No illegal substances or activities allowed on the premises No unregistered guests allowed. Please keep foods in the refrigerator or sealed containers. Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms Please do your dishes. Please take the trash out to outdoor trash cans supplied every evening. Items have been left in the bedroom closet and kitchen cabinets for the guest to borrow if needed. Please return items in good condition when done and let me know if anything needs replaced. A portable clothes washer and wringer is available for guest who want to wash a day or two's laundry. Cleaning practices 1-2 night stays -All linens replaced and apt. cleaned with disinfectant upon check out unless other arrangements are made in advance. Longer stays will be giving a set supply of paper goods, and soap products. Once these supplies are used the guest can purchase more. Fresh linens and towels and housekeeping will be done on a weekly basis unless other arrangements are made in advance. Don't break. Don't take. Please respect the furnishings and don't rearrange the furniture. If you need to bring special equipment let me know in advance of your arrival. You will be responsible for any damage or missing property caused by you or your guest during your stay. Directions for small appliances are in the welcome book.
