2bd/1b 500, 618 Hinman Ave, Evanston, IL 60202

One street is dedicated James F. Keeney. A real estate baron, he helped establish the Chicago park system. Considered one of the sharpest businessmen of his time he was said to have, "paddled his own boat," turning his education into a successful professional, social and political life. More importantly, he was a devoted resident of Evanston. The other street, explored within the description of the vintage courtyard rental homes at 1509-1515 Hinman, honors Clark T. Hinman. Among his contributions to Evanston was being the first president of Northwestern University. Where these two streets converge, more examples of Evanston's best.
