The master bedroom in the basement has a walk-in "closet" that is really another entire room. Located just a couple blocks from the high school & elementary school. The house will be ready for rent mid-June. $900 deposit, $1800/mo. No extra charge for pets. There is a fenced in back yard and a doggy door installed. Where I'm moving to doesn't have room for my kitchen table or sofas in the basement, so they will be staying with the home unless you really want them gone. Other appliances that will stay are the washer & dryer, microwave, fridge & oven. There's a full size upright freezer in the garage as well. There's a floor AC unit I connect to a window in the living room, that's usually enough to cool the house in mid-day. Temps cool down enough at night, I just open windows. I'll leave tools to manage the yard like a lawn mower, weeder & barely used snow blower. Renter pays for gas, electric, water & sewer.
