The area is VERY walkable! You have everything including restaurants, office supply stores, museums, and hardware stores within very walkable distances! It's the best of both worlds! Plus, it's Miracle Mile! The whole apartment is hardwood floors, except for the kitchen and bathroom, which have tile, the hardwood floors have been completely refinished, so there is nay a scratch on them! We've also gone ahead and put a brand new fridge in this unit! The stove is vintage though! The apartment is UPSTAIRS and at the back of the building, so it gets PLENTY of sunlight from ALL WINDOWS! And boy does this apartment have a lot of windows! Did someone say closet space? This apartment has two of them in a hallway, and one in the Livingroom! And a walk-in one in the bedroom! You also have your own private stairs from your apartment directly to your parking spot in the parking lot! Although admittedly the stairs are currently under construction!
