This 1940 brick Colonial Revival two-story house of character is on a lamplit historical Champaign brick street. With 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a full basement (half finished), and a garage converted into an all-seasons room, this house has lots of distinct spaces for various needs. This cozy home holds an updated kitchen, new appliances, renovations to both bathrooms, wonderful arched doorways, and a wood-burning fireplace (inspected chimney, new American made heavy duty doors, and new mantel). We had fiber optic internet installed in 2019. We removed an old carpet runner from the stairs, revealing the beautiful original wood treads that end in a gorgeous curved bottom step and banister.
