It's a very nice and comfortable home. It was my Grandmothers house before she passed. I'm asking a lower price for the house because it needs to be professionally cleaned on the inside and and some minor inferior repairs need to be done. The house was willed to me and I will need to get the Deed transferred into my name before I can sell it. If someone wants to pay for the cleanup and the attorney fees for probate court to get it transferred to my name then I will sell it for 32,000 dollars less than zillows top price of 80,000. If someone puts a few thousand dollars into it then it will be worth more than the price I'm asking for sure.
