A sleeping area with both a queen bed, twin bed & trundle can accommodate up to four. A full kitchen & a small bathroom with shower to meet your needs. The outside shared laundry adds convience to your stay. The front patio is a great place for just hanging out or for catching a beautiful sunset. The yard is spacious with lots of local flora & wildlife. There is plenty of parking so bring your beach toys; bikes, kayaks, or boat. We can even accommodate a small rv. Bike to Manasota beach or launch your boat at the free ramp. Major convenience stores, grocery stores, and parks are within miles. Or visit downtown Venice for dining & shopping. This is safe, convient long or short term rental for a traveling professional or for a vacationing couple/family. Owner lives in main house onsite.
