The upstairs unit has a queen bed in one room and a twin bed with trundle twin. The downstairs unit has a queen bed in one room and a full bed in the other. Each unit fits up to four people. Easy access to UVA, Martha Jefferson, PVCC, and I64. Street parking. All utilities and Wifi included. Antenna TV (sorry no cable) Pricing is seasonal. Summer rates are $650 per week, or $1550 per month. Fall rates are $1500 per month. Jan/Feb $1300, $500 per week. There is a $50 discount per month for stays 3 mos or more. A security deposit is required for stays over 1 week. Small, quiet, well-behaved pets considered for a pet fee. Reasonably quiet, clean guests only. No smoking of any kind inside or out.
