No rent charged for pets, and no breed restrictions. Will come furnished, and willing to be flexible depending on needs for the right renter. Water, sewer, trash and parking are included in the rent. Tenant responsible for electric and must obtain personal wifi if desired. An active renters insurance policy is required for the duration of the lease. Absolutely no smoking allowed. Parking is included and reserved right near the door. I have personally lived in this apartment and have had no problem with guests obtaining street parking. Rent is $1500 per month. Apartment available November but can be flexible. Tenant pays for own electricity and wifi. Parking, sewer and water are included in the rent. Laundry is about $2 per load and the gym is $10 per month if you choose to join. $300 one time move in fee - covers application after accepted, HOA fees. $1250 security deposit due at lease signing.
