The studio also has plenty of storage. We pay all utilities including trash, water, electricity, gas and wifi. You are allowed to have a cat or a small well behaved dog. All you need is a toothbrush and a suitcase. The studio is on the west side, 3 minutes to State Street and 7 minutes to the beach. It is also located 3 minute from 101 freeway access. The studio has high ceilings and is also bright, with beautiful vistas from large windows. The studio is located upstairs in a quiet building with 4 other studios. It has one reserved parking spot in a secured well lit fenced parking lot. There are a number of restaurants, laundromats, grocery stores, and a hardware store about a block away. The building is located on a very quiet half street on Santa Barbara's Westside. We are open to month-to-month lease and up to a one year lease. The price is $2675/month, plus a $3000 security deposit, and a non-refundable $300 cleaning fee.
