A significant number of my renters are graduate students at the U of Memphis, so it has a serious and calm demeanor. Lease must be for at least 12 months. No smoking of any kind within apartment. Deposit must be paid to secure apartment for oneself and it is equal to one month's rent. Pet stipulations and deposit required. Parking allowed for only one vehicle per unit. If the tenant has a guest or needs assistance moving in or out, tenant must ask landlord for a guest pass which is $5 a day. Tenant is expected to do normal maintenance such as pest control, changing light bulbs, changing air filters etc. We can assist if assistance is needed. We pay water bill; MLGW is in the renter's name.
