Monthly rental rate is $1,200 which includes utilities (gas, electric, water) Refundable deposit. Sorry, there are no facilities for family pets. Preference goes to someone who wants to make this home for a few years. However, we have a month to month lease. First month, last month and a refundable deposit of $1000 are required for moving in. Utilities (gas, electric, water, sewer, garbage pick-up) are included in the rent. This assumes modest to normal usage. Smoking is not permitted. Street parking is available. Tenant is expected to keep the apartment and surrounding porch clean and orderly. Sorry, there are no facilities for family pets.
