The adjoining dining area flows into a modern open kitchen, fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas stove, sink, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine everything you need for effortless cooking. The bathroom combines style and practicality, offering a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink, along with generous storage space for all your essentials. We have built this Mid-Century Desert retreat around the outdoors. There are multiple garden-sitting areas on the grounds. One thing I learned about living in the desert is that the dirt and dust goes everywhere. Feel free to use the front hose spigot to wash your shoes off. Access is through a secure gate and then via the main house entryway and door to the right. Other things to note: Please do not disturb the tenant in the Casita-adjacent to the Main house. The laundry is shared with the Casita tenant. The adjacent vacant lot does not belong to us. Please do not trespass. No smoking allowed.
