Our property is ideally situated 5 miles up from the best Kohala Beaches and 4 miles down from Waimea Town. The Town has many restaurants, stores, Farmers Markets, Queens Hospital, Library, Kahuli Theatre and other Community resources and activities. The Garden apartment is quiet and peaceful and it has recently been refurbished. It has a living room/dining room, kitchenette. It has 9 ft ceilings with fans, Private bedroom with full closet. It has a 170 square foot lanai (covered patio) with an out door shower garden. We are located at 1700 feet in elevation warm days in the low 80's and cool evenings in the low 70's. Owners live on site. Single occupancy, No Smoking on property inside or out. No Pets The monthly utility and service fees cover these items. Electric, Trash Service, Gas, Water,Hi Speed Fiber Optic Internet, Quarterly Green Pest Control and Landscape Service. The State of Hawaii requires a monthly 4.5% General Excise Tax on all long term rentals of 6 months or longer. This would be an additional fee of $92.48. Rent is due on the first of the month. 6 month minimum lease. Quiet times from 8:00 p.m. 8:00 a.m.
