This unit overlooks the 15th hole of the Hapuna golf course, and the Mauna Kea golf course is one mile away. You can watch golfers or boats on the ocean from the lanai. Owner pays for water and Spectrum. Owner pays first $500 of gas and electric monthly billing. No smoking anywhere on premises. Parking limited to one space although there are visitor spaces nearby. Garage is not available. Renter is responsible for periodic cleaning to maintain the unit at move-in appearance. Exit cleaning fee - $300.00
