One Room available May 1st in a four person Porter square house. The bedroom has a newly installed floor and is large enough to fit a bed, desk, bookshelf, and has a very large closet. The house is wonderful: it has two stories, two balconies, hardwood floors and high ceilings, a large renovated kitchen with a dishwasher, laundry in the basement, air conditioning, thermostat controlled heat, and large bay windows with good light. The house is a 4-5 minute walk from the Porter Square T stop. It's extremely close to the Star Market, 24 hour CVS, and Porter Square shopping center. We are also walking distance to Lesley University, Harvard University, and Davis Square. The rent is $1065+utilities. The other roommates are three working professionals (age range late 30s-late 50s). We are friendly, laid-back individuals and are looking for someone who is a non-smoker, responsible (pays bills and rent on time), friendly, and considerate of other roommates.
