Back yard: two apple trees, two peach trees, patio, pergola, kayak/canoe rack, berry box (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries), 6' tall rose bushes, *tons* of garden space. If you like gardening, this is the house for you! Looking for responsible, respectful tenant(s) who will not make noise after 10pm. Must provide references and proof of income. Landlord on 1st floor. No smoking on the property. No pets. Owner pays: water, garbage, sewer. Tenant pays other utilities (gas, electric, internet). On-street parking available with yearly permit from the city.
