Beautiful shaded patio in the afternoon, plus covered porch to use throughout the year. Nicely painted inside and out. By far the most beautiful 55+ manufactured home park in the area, in the Prescott National forest, yet four miles from the center of town. Sit by the community pool and you think you're living at a resort. Active and friendly community of mostly retired people. Very safe and quiet any time of day or night.
