Surfers, nature lovers, this place is an absolute gem! One bed / one bath vacancy available in a shared apartment with one other tenant who is clean, tidy, autonomous. If you're looking at our building and you turn right, you're looking at the ocean (it's at the end of our street). You walk along the sea wall and you're on the Mori point trail within a few minutes. The unit is on the ground floor of a multi unit building (4 total apartments). You enter our unit through a locked gate and immediately walk into our massive shared living / dining / kitchen open floor plan. Continuing through, you have access to a private patio from the living room sliding doors. Lots and lots of nice light all day in this open space. There are two big bedrooms (one with a private bath and the other with access to a bathroom in the hallway). There is a smaller third bedroom which can be a multi purpose space or used for guests, but is currently set up as an office space (I work fully remote right now). It's more or less 65F year round, so we have never used AC and so very rarely turn on the heat. The ground floor door directly next to our front door provides access to the building's laundry machines (paid by app, no quarters needed) in the shared garage space. Our unit has one dedicated garage space and one dedicated driveway space. Unfortunately, the landlord has said no to additional dogs. More about me and my dog - I am a working professional and my interests include running along the beach with my dog, meeting up with friends in the neighborhood, supporting local businesses and events, shooting pool and listening to live music at the local dive bar occasionally, reading / audiobooks, swimming laps at the local pool with the seniors of Pacifica at 6am (they're faster than me), improv, gardening, drawing. My dog is a well behaved, lazy 3 yo mutt who loves people. Looking for a fellow working professional, responsible, autonomous, communicative, respectful and tidy. Happy to be social in the space, happy to be more independent. Open to whatever is most comfortable! My lease is month to month and a new tenant would just sign an addendum to my lease after a credit and background check is run by my landlord. I am open to a 3-6 month agreement amongst us to share the place for a guaranteed length of time, if it helps in the decision making. 50% of rent is $1850 monthly 50% of utils (PGE, wifi, trash) is $150 monthly
