The bus to Providence is on the main road, a five to ten minute walk. The train (to Boston) is ten minutes away as well (Warwick Station), as is the airport. It is ten to fifteen minutes to the hospitals and Brown Medical School. The house comes furnished with a large living area and a sitting area, both with views of the ocean. The Living room includes a fireplace. The first floor full bathroom is very large, and has two sinks, a separate commode, along with a large shower and soaking tub. There is a large linen/storage closet. There is also a Large Laundry room on the first floor. You will enjoy the gourmet, all stainless kitchen with water views from the cooking and prep area, and from the eight - twelve person dining table. A three season porch is attached with water views and a ping pong table.
