This double wide is sitting on almost 2 acres just on the edge of Roanoke. The owners have installed a new heat and cooling system last year and fresh paint throughout. There is a covered parking area with storage shed convenient to the home as shown in the pictures. The home has a covered back porch facing the woods that would be a perfect place to enjoy that morning coffee.
