Perhaps the best feature of this amazing property is the expansive patio off the living room and master bedroom. Experience the ocean breezes while enjoying your morning coffee or evening beverage. All linens and towels are provided and there is a full size washer/dryer for your convenience. High-speed internet is also provided. Island South is located in the "non-driving" section of St. Augustine Beach. Close to restaurants and shopping and a short drive to the downtown historic district. The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in the kitchen for easy meal prep. There are beach chairs and several beach toys provided. We do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard. There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods: * 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion) * 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom * 1 Paper Towel Roll * 1 Bottle of Dish Soap * 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom * Dishwasher tabs * Laundry Soap * Several Kitchen Trash Bags * New Sponge * General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.
