It is located about 15 minutes from I-4 and about 15 miles from Legoland and about 25 miles from Disney World. Because this is seasonal, rental discounts are offered the longer the stay. This is a gated retirement community with age restrictions and requires a background check and references. Due to misuse with prior renters, home does not include WiFi or land line.
