2 bed one bath apartment just became available. We have a few items to complete, and this place will be ready for you to call home just in time for the holidays. You will need 1st months rent and security deposit. When you tour the apartment, if you like it you will need to place a $500.00 hold deposit on the apartment to hold it while we get you approved. If denied you will get the $500.00 refunded. If approve the funds go towards your move in cost. Application fee is $25.00 pet couple. We do not process applications without a $500 hold deposit and the application fee. All apartments are rented on a first come first serve basis. We do not accept applicants with previous evictions, or landlord collections. You will need ID, social security card, 30 days pay stubs, written and signed landlord reference, and employment reference. Approvals take about 48 hours. We do not accept applicants with previous unpaid landlord evictions. We are looking for great residents that are willing to pay their rent on time. We look forward to meeting you.
