New plumbing was add in 2007 to create an upstairs laundry facility on the secondary porch. Additional wiring was done at that time to accommodate the laundry and to create a floor plug in the living room. The upstairs plumbing for the bathroom was redone in 2015. The original light fixtures have been stored under the house for preservation. The house has the original ordinate woodwork that was done by the first homeowner. The beautiful hardwood has been preserved under the carpeting.
