It's also really toasty in the winter. The building is in a complex, has an elevator, and has 24/7 security. All utilities are included with the rent (except A/C - which runs around $35 per month, and internet/cable, which you will need to get on your own), and it runs $1,625 per month. The deposit is the same amount. Pets are allowed with a pet deposit of $75. The lease would end at the end of January 2016. If you want to renew the lease (which would be another full year - February 2016 to February 2017), please note that the rent will likely go up, at most to $1,800 per month. Must have good credit and make 40x the rent or have a guarantor who makes 65x the rent. No previous evictions!
