Preferably a 12 month lease. Utilities to be split between all roommates. Great community with quick access to I-15. Text/call me if you are interested. No smoking, pets, or overnight guests will be allowed. I will require your first month's rent and a security deposit of $1,000 up front. Terminating lease early will require up to two months' rent to be owed to me.
