Unit is a triplex. Very clean. Recently repainted. Nice setting with sidewalks. Parking is in front of the unit. Quiet area. Edmond schools. Two pantries. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms and walk-in closets We accept 6 months leases. Sometimes we have gone up to 12 month leases. Units are total electric. Renter pays for electricity and cable directly. We charge for water/sewer and trash. This usually runs about $100 per month or less. We do require renter's insurance or opt-out form.
