Main bedroom has a queen bed. full futon sleeper, and full ensuite bath. 2nd bedroom has a full bed. 3rd bedroom has a set of bunkbeds, a full sleeper sofa, and 2nd ensuite bath. A 2nd full futon sleper is in the great room. For longer stays we can do a lease. 1.Rent includes monthly fees: utilites of $140+ for trash and water, $70 for internet, $160+ for eletric, $100 for yardwork, $70 pest control, and $200 for 24/7 on call property manager = $740 which brings the actual rent to less than our Zestimate for an unfurnished rental. 2. $250 fee for pets. 3. Offstreet parking for up to 3 cars and boat parking. 4. Smoking outside only.
