The utilities are in Hopewell Properties name and the gas, water and electric bill will be added onto the monthly rent. We will pay for sewer, and trash disposal. Bins will be provided and we will dispose of trash weekly. We would prefer tenant to separate burnable, all recyclable and garbage.
